Starting off with a '74 TX650 Standard everything got tore down to the bare frame and certain frame modifications were done then it all got media blasted and powder coated.
The low mileage motor was run through our tests to insure everything was at proper specs and replacement parts were installed as needed.
For the carb set-up we went with a Mikuni VM34 round slide carb coupled to a Wise Guys 2 into 1 intake with a UNI free flowing air filter.
The exhaust system is a custom made up-swept scrambler set-up with internal baffles. the pipes look like straight pipes but they won't wake up the neighbors.
​The tank is a vintage Shell tank used on the Yamaha race bikes back in the 60's & 70's.
The seat is an XR style from our friends at Hot Wing Glass.
All the paint work has been done in-house using Matrix Systems custom colors.
​The instrumentation comes from an Acewell 3904 digital unit and provides all the vital info at a quick glance.
The bike is running 19" wheels front & rear which were custom built for us by our friends at Pro Wheel in Granite Falls, WA built using aluminum rims and stainless steel spokes, and they are shod with Shinko 260 series rubber.
All new LED lighting front & rear for a bright presence on the road.
